The extractive activity of the Fishing Sector experienced a significant decrease of 85.0% in terms of volume compared to June 2022. This result is mainly due to the decrease in anchoveta landings destined for Indirect Human Consumption (I.H.C.) due to the suspension of the first anchoveta fishing season 2023 in the North-Central zone due to the high incidence of juvenile anchoveta.
