Currently, wholesale markets in our country play a crucial role in the food supply system and in the formation of prices for agricultural, livestock, and fishery products. Information from the national household survey reveals that wholesale markets are responsible for more than half of the food sales in the country, particularly for the segment of the population belonging to the middle class.
